ABOUT ME

I am Coach LaTorcha Polati. For years, I walked around hiding behind an invisible mask. I secretly felt like I was an imposter, misunderstood, and really didn’t feel good enough for my job, for God, for my family, and for myself. I found myself in a very low place and was silently crying out for help feeling spiritually lost and ignored physically because I looked like I had it all together. My internal cries for help fell on both deaf spiritual and physical ears where I thought death would be better than living.

I knew I had to change because I could no longer live like this walking in shame, rejection, and isolation as a Christian woman. I was introduced to life coaching, who introduced me to a journey to me, and it changed my life. I learned how to adjust my alignment, rewrite my story, rewire my thoughts from limiting beliefs, stop self-sabotage and heal past wounds. 

And today I am no longer surviving but thriving intentionally, walking out the purpose-driven life that God planned for me while living life authentically and unapologetically.  This journey has brought me to a place where I understand that I am to help other women to find HER(self). It’s your TIME!
