If I am honest, I have felt this way more times then I would like to admit. In my mind I know it's true but in my wounded heart I struggled with the truth. Then I second guess who I am and what I believe.

A wounded heart will always keep you from achieving the fullness of what God has called you to do.

Paul, one of the Apostles in the bible understood this struggle so well. The Apostle Paul writes it perfectly in Romans 7:15 as he states (as I paraphrase) " I don"t understand what I am doing....for what I really want to do I don't do it but the things that I HATE doing, I find myself doing it"

This is the end state of a wounded heart that has never been healed. You will always find yourself trying to move forward yet always feeling stuck.

Wounded hearts will always keep you from achieving God's fullness.

About Me

I am Coach LaTorcha Polati. For years, I walked around hiding behind an invisible mask. I secretly felt like I was an imposter, misunderstood, and really didn’t feel good enough for my job, for God, for my family, and for myself. Embracing unhealed heart wounds. I found myself in a very low place and was silently crying out for help feeling spiritually lost and ignored physically because I looked like I had it all together. My internal cries for help fell on both deaf spiritual and physical ears where I thought death would be better than living.

I knew I had to change because I could no longer live like this walking in shame, rejection, and isolation as a Christian woman. I was introduced to life coaching, who introduced me to a journey to me, and it changed my life. I learned how to adjust my alignment, rewrite my story, rewire my thoughts from limiting beliefs, stop self-sabotage and heal past wounds. 

And today I am no longer surviving but thriving intentionally, walking out the purpose-driven life that God planned for me while living life authentically and unapologetically.  This journey has brought me to a place where I understand that I am to help other women to find HER(self). It’s your TIME!
